Curb Appeal Award Submission
It is the goal of the Curb Appeal Award program to identify and formally recognize those property owners that demonstrate community pride and maintain their property as a beacon of higher standards to which other property owners may aspire.
A committee will review nominations solicited year-round from the public in which a commercial property will be selected on a quarterly basis. Properties shall be evaluated and reviewed on criteria such as, but not limited to, general upkeep, landscape design, façade improvement, signage, and lighting. Properties will not be given additional consideration based on multiple submissions. A submission will be considered for one year from receipt. Nominations may be submitted by completing the form below or by contacting the Fernandina Beach Main Street office at (904)624-7147.
